- While completing your document, there are various methods of navigating through the controls
While in ‘Prompt’ mode (ie before you click the OK button), you can:
- Tab to move forward or shift tab to move back through the controls on the pane
- Click on the controls in the pane using your mouse
- Click the forward and back arrows at the top of the pane
Once you click OK (you will be in interactive mode), in addition to the methods above, you can also press F11 to move forward through the controls or Shift+F11 to move backwards, through the controls in the document
